Basic MAKEUP in EASY steps:
Here are instructions for
basic stage makeup designed for the small venue we are performing in.
First apply a basic moisturiser first to provide a barrier
between skin and makeup. This applies to boys too. Of course most boys
hate even the idea of wearing makeup. It is necessary to explain to them
that if they don't, the audience will not see their face properly and
they may as well go onstage wearing a sock over their head.
BOYS' MAKEUP:
1. Apply foundation all over.
2. Apply bronzer where blush would go.
2. Apply a little brown eyeliner to the lower lid.
4. Apply brownish lipstick.
GIRLS' MAKEUP:
Please note: STRICTLY no
coloured eyeshadow or red lipstick!
Lipstick should be rosy pink or
peachy coral.
WE CAN PROVDE MAKEUP SETS FOR
A MODEST CHARGE,
PLEASE EMAIL oasisdancing@gmail.com.
1. Apply Foundation all over.
2. Apply blush on the apples of the cheeks - the bits that puff out when she grins. 3. Apply pale peach, taupe or cream eyeshadow all over the lid up to the brow bone. 4. Apply a darker brown in the socket line and on the outer 1/3 of the eyelid. Smudge the edges of the dark shade with fingertips or blush brush. 5. Apply brown eyeliner on the outer 1/2 of the lower lid. Repeat on upper lid. 6. Sit directly in fron of her. Have her look at your nose while you brush mascara across her lashes from side to side. 7. Apply lipstick. TIP: to make lipstick last longer, colour in the lips completely with lipliner first.
She will probably blink, wriggle, complain, etc., be patient. It may take a minute to get it right.
1. Apply Foundation all over.
2. Apply blush on the apples of the cheeks - the bits that puff out when she grins.

Too faint.

Blue Eyeshadow, red lipstick
